Request permanent deletion of your Anfold account and associated data

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Anfold account directly from the app settings. Follow these steps:

  1. Open the Anfold app on your device
  2. Navigate to Settings (tap the profile icon in the top right)
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the settings screen
  4. Tap “Delete Account”
  5. Read the confirmation message carefully
  6. Confirm the deletion by following the on-screen instructions

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Profile Information: Your name, email address, age, weight, height, gender, health goals, and dietary preferences
  • Health & Nutrition Data: All logged meals, ingredients, exercise activities, and wellbeing notes
  • Usage Data: Your app preferences, settings, and interaction history
  • Subscription Data: Information about your subscription status and Fuel usage
  • Device Information: Associated device identifiers and app installation data

Data Retention & Legal Obligations

Most of your data is deleted immediately upon account deletion. However, we may retain certain information for limited periods as required by law:

  • Payment Records: Retained for up to 10 years to comply with tax and accounting regulations
  • Legal Compliance: Any data required to fulfill legal obligations or resolve disputes
  • Anonymized Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics that cannot identify you personally

Important Notice

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover your data, meal logs, exercise history, or any other information associated with your account.

If you wish to use Anfold again in the future, you will need to create a new account and start fresh.
