How fuel works and why every plan has every feature.
Anfold is free to download, and every feature is on every plan. The AI parts use fuel: you start with some, and you can add more with a monthly subscription or one-off refills.
What uses fuel, and what doesn’t.
Anfold uses fuel for the AI parts (drafting entries, generating insights, planning meals). Bigger jobs use more: a seven-day meal plan takes more fuel than one meal description.
Re-adding a saved entry from your Library uses no fuel.
Example. Bigger jobs use more fuel; the drops show that, not amounts.
Three ways to get fuel.
Free
New accounts start with 30 fuel.
Subscriptions
A subscription adds fuel every month, and that fuel is used first.
Refills
One-off packs for when you need more. Refill fuel carries over until you use it.
Every feature, every plan.
Every plan, including the free one, has every feature: logging with text or photos, daily and weekly analyses, meal plans and the assistant. Plans differ in how much fuel they add each month.
| Feature | Free | Subscription |
|---|---|---|
| Logging with text or photos | Included | Included |
| Daily and weekly analyses | Included | Included |
| Meal plans | Included | Included |
| The assistant | Included | Included |
| Fuel | 30 to start | Added every month, by plan |
Questions about fuel
Do I need a subscription?
No. Every feature works without one. When you need more fuel, you can buy a one-off refill or subscribe.
Does unused fuel roll over?
Refill fuel does: it stays until you use it. Subscription fuel is renewed each month, and what’s left of the month before doesn’t carry over.
What happens when I run out?
The AI parts (drafting entries, generating insights, planning meals) need fuel, so they wait until you refill or subscribe. Everything you’ve logged stays, and re-adding a saved entry from your Library still uses no fuel.
